John joined CEDAR CX in 1999 to drive the company’s technology development, customer service, and sales support groups. He managed overall operations and was committed to the service of clients, investors, and employees. He has overseen all aspects of product development and operations while contributing significantly to sales and marketing activities. John was named CEO of CEDAR CX Technologies in 2016.

Before joining CEDAR CX, John worked as a Senior Research Engineer for more than ten years at the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), where he was involved in many early internet-related projects. While at GTRI, he managed the pre-and post-sales life cycles of large IT projects involving supercomputing, system simulation, and secure internet applications for the Department of Defense. John’s software background includes application design, development, testing, delivery, training, and support. His hardware background includes system and site evaluation, selection, procurement, installation, management, and support.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton and a master‘s degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Bill Hagerman has served on CEDAR CX’s Board of Directors since 2002 and was named Chairman of the Board in 2004. For the past 20 years. He also has served as a Director and SVP at Dunavant Enterprises, Inc., in Memphis, where he manages the portfolio of U.S. and international real estate investments requirements for Dunavant’s executive management board and risk management committee.

Before joining Dunavant, Bill was the Founder and President of ETI Corporation, a leading consulting engineering firm specializing in industrial waste management. He was a consultant and advisor to Waste Management and several other national waste management companies and founded and advises several companies in addition to CEDAR CX.

Bill holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Memphis, where he also served as Chairman of the Board of Advisors for Herff College of Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in 14 states, and his professional status is recognized in several other countries.

As President of CEDAR CX, Pete’s focus is expanding and supporting the company’s rapid growth strategy for integrated Customer Communications Management (CCM) and web servicing technologies.

He joined CEDAR CX in 1996 as a member of the Board of Directors, and in 2001, Pete joined the Executive Management team as President, becoming CEO a few years later.

During his tenure as CEO at CEDAR CX, Pete was responsible for corporate finance, sales, and strategic product direction. In 2001, he and John DiMarco (current CEO) directed CEDAR CX’s successful conversion from an enterprise software provider to the current SaaS-enabled CCM platform. He developed many of the company’s key account relationships.

From 1989 to 2001, he served as a partner and co-founder of the JansKen Group, Inc., where he specialized in strategic planning and corporate finance consulting services for start-up companies in fields such as technology, retail, restaurants, and manufacturing.

Pete holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of South Florida.

Richard Bishop joined CEDAR CX in 2005 as Client Service Delivery Director, overseeing all aspects of ongoing service delivery and partner management with FIS, one of the world’s largest financial services providers.

In 2012, Richard left CEDAR CX to join FIS as a Managing Director, guiding relationships with large financial institutions such as TIAA-CREF, Barclays, Sallie Mae, BB&T, Nationwide, and Ameriprise. In 2015, Richard returned to CEDAR CX to manage the FIS-CEDAR CX partnership and to lead the organization’s sales and business development team.

Before his first stint at CEDAR CX, Richard worked as a Business Analyst at Hewitt Associates (now Aon) in their Benefits Outsourcing practice. During his tenure at Hewitt, Richard held various roles from quality assurance, configuration and development, and large-scale implementation management for clients such as First Data, Sears-Kmart, UPS, and GlaxoSmithKline.

He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from Louisiana State University.

Eric Bray serves CEDAR CX as Chief Operating Officer, where he leads product development, DevOps, and day-to-day operations and support. His role includes infrastructure, applications, and corporate IT supporting the CEDAR CX platform. Eric also is responsible for customer support, technical project management, composition, and data services. He served as Chief Information Officer for CEDAR CX from 2015 to 2016.

Before Eric joined CEDAR CX, he spent five years working for Recall, now Iron Mountain, where he was General Manager (Verkställande Direktör) of Recall Sweden AB in Stockholm, Sweden. Before leading Recall Sweden, Eric led Global Enterprise Operations across 34 countries, and he led the development of all IT functions for Recall Europe. Eric has held various leadership and strategic roles at Internet and technology start-ups, driving product direction, automation of technology, and technical due diligence for M&A activities.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and math from Georgia State University.

Jennifer leads brand, marketing, and PR/communications strategy and implementation for CEDAR CX Technologies. Before joining CEDAR CX, Jennifer spent 30 years in corporate and regional marketing, project management, and communication roles in Financial Services. Her focus has been supporting the commercial line of business and consumer, mortgage, small business, and wealth for super-regional banks such as Fifth Third Bank, SunTrust (Truist), First Horizon, and First Union/Wachovia (Wells Fargo). Jennifer also has worked as a consultant, helping to establish nascent banks’ brand identities, human resources guidelines, and marketing priorities.

Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree with honors from Emory University and masters’ degrees in art and education from Columbia University.

Peter leads the company’s finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and human resources functions.

Before joining CEDAR CX, Peter held leadership roles in finance, strategy, and corporate development in banking services, marketing technology, and critical communications management at Harland Clarke (and its parent company Vericast), QuickPivot, and Acoustic. As SVP Finance for Harland Clarke, he led all finance, reporting and pricing. Peter also served as VP of Corporate Development, building deal strategy and closing numerous transactions across several Vericast companies, including Valassis, Harland Clarke, and Scantron. Peter has 11 years of combined audit and consulting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.

Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bucknell University, a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida, and a CPA license in Georgia and Florida.

Walker joined CEDAR CX in 2004 as one of the company’s first Client Implementation Managers. He led the build-out of the Professional Services organization, helping to define the client engagement process and driving product strategy. During his tenure at CEDAR CX, Walker has held several roles, from PMO Director to SVP of Professional Services. In his current role as Chief Customer Officer, he is responsible for most of the client-facing aspects of the business and creating the foundation for successful, long-term partnerships with CEDAR CX. Under Walker’s direction, his teams manage all new client implementations, ongoing change management, account management, quality assurance, client assurance, and product management.

Before joining CEDAR CX, Walker spent time with Linmar Systems (Hyland), Whitepost, and Jacobs Engineering in various client management and implementation leadership roles focused on the delivery of document management and workflow automation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech and a master’s degree from Georgia State University. Walker is a Certified Project Management Professional, a Certified Document Imaging Architect, and an Eagle Scout.

Bob serves CEDAR CX as the SVP of Consumer and Auto Finance. He has spent more than 25 years supporting sales, development, and the delivery of financial services software.

Before joining CEDAR CX, Bob was the Chief Business Development Officer at defi SOLUTIONS, the Global Automotive Finance Director at Alfa Financial Systems, and he served in various positions at FIS and EY.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.

Keith joined CEDAR CX in 2000 to lead the design and development of CEDAR’s omnichannel communications platform for business users in large-scale enterprises. Keith was responsible for product design, architecture and technology standards, and process reviews. He quickly moved from Web Applications Developer to Application Architect, Research and Development Manager, Director of Product Development, and finally to VP of Product Development. In 2016, Keith moved into the role of CTO to focus on the strategic product vision, contributing to sales and marketing activities.

Before joining CEDAR CX, Keith worked for the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) as a Senior Research Engineer involved in computer simulations, parallel computing, document processing and archival, and early Internet-related projects.

He holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
