Our Certifications

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1 is the highest level of certification a merchant can receive from the PCI Security Standards Council. To meet these standards, Level 1 entities must be audited every year for compliance to stringent security standards.

SOC 2 Type 2 – To receive this certification, all five trust service principles must be demonstrated, security, privacy, confidentiality, availability, and processing integrity.

Our History

1993 – 1999

Way before “digitalization” and “SaaS” became buzzwords, we created and licensed the first software to convert mainframe data to PDF in 1993. We knew we were onto something, so we kept developing never-before-conceived software solutions for our customers. We were SaaS before it was cool.

As the world of business and technology evolved, so did our brand.

2000 – 2009

In 2000, we were the first to create interactive PDFs to enable e- payments for financial institutions. By 2003, we had written a PDF composer, the first step toward creating our own CCM platform. Then, we brought mainframe communications into the 21st Century with Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP).

2010 – 2019

The age of content management and personalized communications boomed. We zeroed in on real-time communications, API enablement, and data capture across delivery channels – allowing our clients to record and track all customer communications and provide exceptional digital experiences in one powerful SaaS platform.

2020 and beyond

In 2020, we were named one of the top CCM companies for broadest functional support by Celent advisors. Today, CEDAR CX Technologies is a SaaS Customer Communication Management (CCM) platform designed for the future of finance.
